Epstein—Barr病毒核抗原的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 Epstein—Barr病毒(EBV)是引起传染性单核细胞增多症(IM)的病原体,且与Burkitt淋巴瘤(BL)和鼻咽癌(NPC)具有密切关系。EBV感染人类B淋巴细胞后引起细胞转化,其基因组整合于宿主细胞DNA或以附加体的形式存在,多数表现为潜伏感染。迄今,在EBV感染或转化的细胞中已发现多种EBV特异性抗原:壳抗原(VCA),膜抗原(MA)。
