摘要
高职教育国际化的实质是高职教育市场化。衡量离职教育市场化成功的基本标准是“招生,就业,培训,筹资”,这也是高职院校市场竞争力的根本体现。为达到顺利招生、顺利就业、顺利培训、顺利筹资的目的,高职院校应该以市场为基本导向,从基础设施、师资培养、规模发展、办学理念、培养目标、专业设置、教学、科研、制度设计、管理机制、办学特色、办学质量等方面全面提升竞争力。
The internationalization of higher vocational standards of higher vocational education marketization education is essentially its marketization. Fundamental are recruitment, employment, training and financing, which also present the competitive power of higher vocational schools in the market. To meet these standards, higher vocational schools should take market as its basic orientation and enhance their competitive power by making efforts on all aspects, such as the construction of essential facilities, teaching staff cultiva- tion, development scales, schoolruning ideas, cultivating objectives, specialty provision, teaching, scientific research, system design, management mechanism, schoolrunning characteristics and quality, etc.
