摘要
针对《职业教育心理学》教学中存在的问题,提出课程改革的总体思路,即以学生发展为中心,突出思维训练和工作技能养成,以合格技能养成、应变机制培养、健康心态塑造为目标,突出校本针对性、整合实用性、多方互动性及情境趋味性。以追求模块化、实用性的教学内容改革和发挥学生主观能动性的教学方法为重点,辅以考评机制、反馈机制等配套措施。
According to problems of vocational education psychology, the author puts forward the general thought on its curriculum reform. The reform should be centered on students' development and emphasize their logic training. Vocational education psychology teaching should aim at helping students to foster working techniques and skills, social adaptability and healthy mental quality, focus on improving the modularization and practicality of teaching contents, and encourage students to present their subjective innitiative with correspondingly assessment and feedback systems.
