摘要
德国“双元制”职业教育模式根植于本国的经济水平、产业政策及社会、文化环境之中,在运行机制、法律体系、管理体制、投入机制及评价监督机制方面显示出独特个性。不同实施主体在权责划分、职能分工及功能发挥上定位明确。发展中国家借鉴这一模式。必须充分认识其实施背景与特征,以及自身的制约因素,并结合本国实际,形成可行性的经验模式。
German "dual system"vocational education model stems from economy level, indusrial policies and cultural environment of German, and shows special charactersistics in its operating system, legal system, management system, investment system, evaluation and supervision system. Various operating subjects of German vocational education has different rights and duties and explicit functions. While introducing expriences from "dual system"model, we should understand its special background and characterstics, then establish a vocational education model adaptable to our own situations.
