摘要
中青年教师课堂教学竞赛在上海中医药大学已进行了六届,竞赛的评价是否科学、客观、公正、公平是全体师生关注的焦点,文章以近两届竞赛的情况为例,做了竞赛的信度和效度分析,从统计学的角度检验了竞赛评价工作的质量。
There have been six sessions of the middle aged and young teachers' classroom-teaching competition in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Whether or not the evaluation is scientific, objective, and equitable is the focus of attention. Taking the latest two sessions as the example, this paper anal yses the reliability and validity of the competition to test the quality of the evaluation.
