研究生教育是医学教育的一个重要组成部分。根据多年耳鼻咽喉科学研究生培养的经验,临床专科研究生应从招生质量、学位课程教学、选题和开题论证、课题研究、临床技能培训、论文撰写和论文答辩等几个环节,来提高培养质量。与此同时,导师对保证研究生培养质量也起着至关重要的作用。

The postgraduate education is a very important part of medical education. Based on many years＇ experiences of postgraduate education in otolaryngology and for improving the educational quality of postgraduate education in clinical medicine, several key links are proposed and emphasized as follows： the quality of enrollment, course teaching, selection, argumentation and researches for dissertation topics, practical skills in clinical medicine, paper writing and defense for degree, etc. Simultaneously, the level and diathesis of tutors is another key issue for enhancing the education quality.
