乳腺癌患者术后乳房缺失心理体验的质性研究

A qualitative research of breast cancer patients: the psychological experience of absence of breast

目的深入了解和探索乳腺癌患者面对术后乳房缺失时的真实心理体验。方法运用Edmund Husserl&Heidegger的观点构成的质性研究,与15例乳腺癌术后乳房缺失患者进行深入访谈,现场录音和笔录,并运用Colaizzi的分析程序进行分析。结果术后乳房缺失患者会发生自我概念的改变、有强烈的不确定感以及社会适应能力的改变。结论需要对术后的乳房缺失患者提供广泛而持续的支持。

Objective To describe the psychological experience of breast cancer patients underwent mastectomy. Methods A qualitative research based on Edmund Husserl ＆ Heidegger＇s viewpoints is employed. 15 mastectomy patients were inter viewed. The whole interviewing process is fully recorded by and noted. Results The patients suffered from strong uncertainty and changes were found on self-imagine and social adaptation. Conclusions Broad and continuous support to absence of breast patients are necessary.
