简单概述了虾青素的来源、组成和特性,并介绍了虾青素在化妆品中的应用。虾青素是一种对人体具有一系列特殊保护功能且性能优良的天然类胡萝卜素,它用于化妆品,可起到护肤、抗衰老、免受紫外线(UVA,UVB)的损害等功能。本文展望了其在今后国内日化市场上的发展前景,为虾青素资源的充分开发利用提供一些有益信息。
This paper introduced the source, composition and properties of astaxanthin and highlighted on its application in cosmetics. Astaxanthin is a kind of natural carotenoids which has a series of special protecting fundion for human and premium properties. It is used in the cosmetics, and performes the function of skin care, anti-aging, defence ultraviolet radiation （UVA,UVB） and so on. And the paper also took a long view of its developing prospects on the domestic cosmetics market in the furture and provided some beneficial information for the full use of development and utilization.
