双乙烯酮残渣的综合利用研究

通常的双乙烯酮残渣采用简易焚烧法进行处理。在装运过程中必须佩带防毒面具,在焚烧过程中常常浓烟滚滚并伴随爆燃、爆鸣,极易发生安全、环保事故,是安全、环保工作的难题。本研究采用企业生产过程中产生的废溶剂与双乙烯酮残渣进行反应后代替燃油,实现资源的综合利用,符合循环型社会发展的要求,具有相当经济、社会、环境效益。

The general method of treating the residua of DK is burning methcd. It＇s hard to face the problem of safety and environment-protecting because the man who transparts the residua must wear the gas mask and there is much smoke with explosion during barning. This study used waste solvent produced in the production progress of enterprises and residua of DK to substitute. Such measurement can utilize the resource and meet the demand of society circle development and is of considerable economy, society and environment benefit.
