重性抑郁症的内表型及其进展 被引量:3

摘要 重性抑郁症遗传学研究成果的局限性暴露出了该疾病遗传学表型定义方面的一些问题,研究者们试图通过内表型(endophenotype)这一概念来克服上述困难,从两个层面上对内表型进行了讨论:首先,通过深入研究重性抑郁症表型的关键组分,得出精神病理学内表型的精确定义。其次,讨论了在遗传学研究中作为生物学内表型应用的具有遗传性的生物学标记。在讨论这些内表型关系时,要考虑到其特异性、时间稳定性、遗传性及临床和生物学可信度。
