摘要
针对某露天矿生产实际,采用线性规划原理配矿,首先得到一个总体配矿策略,然后采用简化配矿模型进行适当调整,其配矿原始数据可以直接从爆堆的测量或化验数据中获取,从而保证了计算结果的准确性和快捷性,之后通过生产实例予以印证。实践表明,该方法有效地解决了传统人工配矿盲目性强且效果较差的问题。
The model of ore blending with linear programming was discussed in this paper firstly. Then, based on AutoCAD software a simplified model for ore blending was presented according to the fact of Open-pit production. Finally, it was approved by the application of ore blending in Open-pit that the results are successful and satisfied with the mine.
