蔬菜中有机磷类和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留快速检测方法的研究及验证 被引量:16

Study and Verification of Method for Rapid Detecting Organophosphate and Carbamate Pesticide Residues in Vegetables

摘要 采用酶抑制快速检测方法测定蔬菜中有机磷类和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留,确定了各种农药最低检出浓度,用气相色谱/质谱法检测方法对酶抑制快速检测方法的检测结果进行验证,阳性结果符合率83%,阴性结果符合率77%。 It was applied by rapid enzyme inhibition method to detect organophosphate and carbamate in vegetables, and the limit of detection for each pesticide was determined. The verification results of rapid enzyme inhibition method were shown as by GC/MS method:the confirm ratio of positive detection data is 83% ; the confirm ratio of negative detection data is 77 %.
