鼻咽癌患者、IgA/VCA阳性人群和正常人群染色体银染核仁形成区的比较研究

COMPARATIVE STUDY OF NUCLEOLAR ORGANIER REGIONS (NORS) ON CHROMOSOME OF THE CULTURED LYMPHYOCYTE FROM NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA PATIENTS, IgA/VCA POSITIVE INDIVIDUALS AND NORMAL CONTROLS

本文应用银染技术对鼻咽癌患者,IgA/VCA阳性人群和正常人群淋巴细胞染色体的Ag—NOR s频率和染色体联合频率进行比较研究。结果显示鼻咽癌患者D组、G组与D+G组染色体的NORs平均值,与正常人群和IgA/VCA阳性人群比较,均明显升高。经统计学处理,差异十分显著(P值均<0.01)。此外,鼻咽癌组平均每例染色体联合数目亦明显高于正常对照组和IgA/VCA阳性组。统计学处理有显著性差异,P值分别<0.05和<0.01。上两项指标中,IgA/VCA阳性组与正常对照组比较均无明显差异。本研究结果提示,鼻咽癌患者rRNA基因的数量和转录活性增强可能与肿瘤发生有一定的关系,本文对此也进行了简短的讨论。

The frequences of silver-stained NORs and choromosome union of theperipheral lymphocytes from three groups (NPC group, Ig/A/VCA positive group and normal control group of persons), com pared, were The results showed that the average values of Ag-NORs were much higher in NPC group than those in other two groups (P<0.001)., and the number of chromosome union per case was also markedly higher in NPC group than those in other two groups (P<0.05 and P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the frequences of Ag-NORs and chromosome union between IgA/VCA positive group and normal control group (P>0.05).The results suggested that increase of quantity and transcribed activity of rRNA gene on chromosome of NPC patients may play some roles in the tumorigenesis of the tumor.
