摘要
本文分析了全自动打胶机的功能和控制要求,介绍了以PMAC(Programmable Multi-axes Controller)多轴运动控制卡和工控机组成的开放式数控系统,及其在全自动打胶机上的应用,包括硬件方案、控制程序设计、上位界面设计等。系统采用了灵活的控制方式,驱动系统既有交流伺服电机驱动,又有步进电机驱动,可控轴多达十轴,实现了对整个打胶机的低成本自动控制。
This paper analyzes the function and control demand of the automatic sealing robot. The control system which consisted by PMAC (Programmable Multi-axes Controller) and IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) is introduced. Then how this kind of control system is used in the automatic sealing robot is discussed, including hardware architecture, software design and human-machine interface design. Both step motor controllers and servo motor packs are used, which constitute a control system with up to ten-axis to be controlled. Meanwhile, this is a flexible approach to make up of a low-cost automatic control system.
