High-Speed Data Collecting Based on the PMAC Motion Controller

本文论述了基于PMAC卡的一种高速数据采集方法。着重介绍了数据的采集、存贮原理、PMAC卡与PC机的通信和数据的解码与分析;实现了在Delphi环境下显示各种运动曲线并可分析得出系统的性能指标的目的,为系统的矫正和补偿提供可靠的依据。在开发的目标模拟运动系统中利用了该技术,获得了满意的效果。

This paper discusses a kind of high-speed data collecting method based on the PMAC motion controller, emphasizing on the introduction of the principle of data collection and storage, communication between PC and the card of PMAC, decode and analysis of data, therefore realizes display several kinds of dynamic curves and gets the parameters of system in the environment of Delphi. It provides a reliable foundation on correction and offset of system. Satisfied result can be found in target simulation movement system by using this technique.
