摘要
在分析了低产油井常用的玻璃管人工量液技术与装置中所存在问题的基础上,介绍了如何将PLC用于一种新型的油井自动计量装置的设计思路和实施方案等。应用S7-200型可编程控制器,通过自动切换模块、检测模块、控制模块和报警处理模块,解决了油井生产过程中低产间歇出油情况下的计量问题,并在实际生产中获得了成功的试用。实现了油井计量自动化,提高了计量精度。
On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of manual metering technology and device for the liquid by using glass tube in stripped wells, the design concept and implementing scheme of a new type of automatic metering device based on PLC are introduced. By using $7 -200 programmable controller, through automatic switching module, detection module, control module and alarm processing module, the metering task for intermittent yield of production of stripped wells is resolved. This has ~en successfully operated in practical production for implementing automatic metering and enhancing metering accuracy.
