摘要
老年人体质衰弱，许多生理功能减退，烧伤后病情严重，护理难度高，工作量大。自从1989年6月以来5年中，作者通过对32例老年烧伤的护理认识到：对老年烧伤应制定比青壮年烧伤更周详的护理管理措施；重视老年烧伤各种并发症的预防性护理；湿性医疗技术应用于老年烧伤使创面护理更直观、更方便有效。文章对老年烧伤的抗休克、补液、营养支持及肺炎、褥疮等并发症的护理体会进行了总结。
Nursing of burn of the aged is a difficult task be-cause old burned persons are weak and their condi-tions are often severe.The author summarized the experience in nursingburn of the aged and suggested a careful and consid-erate nursing programme. Special attention was paidto prevention of complications.When MEBT was applied for treating burn of theaged, wounds were directly perceivable and nursingwork became easier.Nursing experience including antishock fluid infu-sion, nutrition support, prevention of complicationssuch as pneumonia, decubital ulcer, etc was summa-rized.
