闭式循环柴油机水管理系统模型实验研究

摘要 闭式循环柴油机是一种成熟的不依赖空气推进装置,水管理系统为其废气处理提供了一种方法和设备.文章简要介绍了水管理系统的工作原理,以及采用活塞式转换器、先导型电磁阀、PLC和磁力接近开关等,建立的一套双转换器实验模型.在常压条件下完成了模拟实验,测得了流量特性曲线,并对实验结果进行了分析,模型实验结果可为水管理系统工程样器的研制提供参考. The closed cycle diesel (CCD) is one kind of developed air independent propulsion (AIP). The water management system (WMS) provides a method and an apparatus for dealing with the exhaust of CCD. In this paper, the operating principle of WMS is briefly introduced. An experimental model with two converters is built, in which two piston-type converters, pilot solenoid valves, PLC and magnetic, switches ere are adopted. Under normal atmosphere condition, the model experiment is made and the curves of water flux are obtained. Then the experimental result is analyzed. It can be the reference to the development of WMS prototype.
