糖尿病患者的冠状动脉病变

A clinical analysis of 40 cases of coronary artery disease in diabetic patients

经选择性冠状动脉造影诊断的冠心病患者８０例，４０例为糖尿病，４０例为非糖尿病，对比发现糖尿病患者的冠状动脉狭窄程度重，多支病变相对多，且以复杂性病变为主。

Coronary angiographic findings of 40 diabetics with IHD were compared with those of 40 nondiabetics with IHD.It was found that the extent and multiplicity of coronary lesions were significantly greater in diabetics than those in nondiabetics.Complex lesions were dominant in diabetics.
