摘要
用国产牛/猪红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对糖尿病大鼠进行干预治疗,以期了解使用抗氧化酶能否影响糖尿病(DM)的进程。结果显示,与实验对照组比较,预防组和治疗组发病率由100%降至40%、70%、75%和85%;死亡率由60%分别降至15%、20%、20%及25%;葡萄糖耐量显著改善;胰腺组织脂质过气化物(LPO)含量减少,SOD活力升高,病理观察也支持上述结论。
The potential effect of native swine and bovine erythrocyte SOD on the intervention of al-loxan-induced diabetes was studied in rats.SOD was injected intravenously 30 min before alloxan and 2h、8h and 20h later.It was observed that diabetes induced was significantly attenuated.The survival rate of rats elevated notably.The glucose tolerance of these rats was obviously improved. Observation of B cells in islets under light microscope confirmed the results.Our results support the hypothesis that oxygen radicals mediated the B cell toxicity of alloxan.Injection of SOD in time has protective effect against alloxan-induced diabetes.
