三叉神经高位撕脱术治疗顽固性原发性三叉神经痛

Intractable primary trigeminal neuralgia treated by using trigeminal high avulsion

采用三叉神经高位撕脱术治疗顽固性三叉神经痛23例．手术时上颌神经从翼腭窝段切断，下颌神经从下颌骨乙状切迹内侧下颌隆突处切断，然后撕脱周围支，效果良好，术后2年复发率为27．78％。

23 cases ill with intractable primary trigeminal neuralgia have been treated by using trigeminal high avulsion. While operating,maxillary nerve was cut off in pterygopalatine fossa segment, mandibular nerve was cut off in the place of medial mandibular eminence of mandibular sigmiod notch and then the periperal branches of trigeminal nerve were avulsed. The curative effects were good and the recurrence rate within postoperative 2 years was 27. 78%.
