摘要
目的 对石竹科植物银柴胡(Stellaria dichatoma L.var.lanceolata Bge.)干燥根提取物的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定。方法 银柴胡的乙醇提取物经过氯仿-正丁醇-水萃取,正-反相硅胶柱色谱和HPLC分离,最终分离得到10个化合物,应用核磁共振技术鉴定了其结构。结果 10个化合物分别被鉴定为5-羟甲基糠醛(5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furfural,Ⅰ)、5-羟甲基-2-甲酰基吡咯(5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-formyl-pyrrole,Ⅱ)、香草醛(vanillin,Ⅲ)、香草酸(vanilli cacid,Ⅳ)、1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)乙酮(1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)ethanone,Ⅴ)、1-(3′-甲氧基-4′5′-甲叉基二氧)苯基丙醇(1-(3′-methoxy-4′5′-methylenedioxy)phenylpropanol,Ⅵ)、二氢阿魏酸(dihydroferulic acid,Ⅶ)、3,4-二甲氧基苯丙烯酸(3,4-dimethoxycinnamic acid,Ⅶ)、7-烯豆甾醇-3-棕榈酸酯(stigmast-7-en-3-ol-palmitate,Ⅸ)、5,7-二羟基-二氢黄酮(pinocembrin,Ⅹ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ~Ⅶ、Ⅹ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Stellaria dichatoma L. var. lanceolata Bge. Methods The extract was extracted with CHCl3, n-BuOH and H2O, then isolated with normal and reflectphase silica gel and HPLC. Results Ten compounds were identified as 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furfural( Ⅰ ), 5- (hydroxymethyl)-2-formyl-pyrrole ( Ⅱ ), vanillin (Ⅲ), vaniilic acid ( Ⅳ ), 1 - (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) ethanone( Ⅴ ), 1-( 3'-methoxy-4' 5'-methylenedioxy) phenylpropanol (Ⅵ), dihydroferulic acid ( Ⅶ), 3, 4- dimethoxy-hydrocinnamic acid(Ⅷ), stigmast-7-en-3-ol-palmitate( Ⅸ), pinacemhrin( Ⅹ ). Conclusions Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅲ-Ⅷ,Ⅹ are isolated from Stellaria L. plants for the first time.
