重组合异种骨结合内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折

Treatment of Tibial Platform Fracture with Recombined Heterogeneous Bone Graft and Internal Fixation

目的：探讨重组合异种骨植骨结合内固定治疗胫骨平台粉碎塌陷型骨折的临床疗效。方法：采用切开复位、重组合异种骨植骨结合内固定治疗胫骨平台粉碎塌陷型骨折123例。结果：本组骨折临床愈合时间3～11月，平均4．8月。膝关节功能参照Merchant标准评定，优78例（63．4％），良22例（17．9％），可15例（12．2％），差8例（6．5％），优良率81．3％。结论：重组合异种骨植骨结合内固定治疗胫骨平台粉碎塌陷型骨折，效果肯定。

Objective To discuss clinical effect of the treatment of tibial platform comminuted sinking fracture with recombined heterogeneous bone graft and internal fixation Methods 123 cases of tibial platform comminuted sinking fracture were treated with incision replacement, recombined heterogeneous bone graft and internal fixation. Results Clinical healing time of fracture is 3 to 11 months, average 4.8 months. Classification of function of knee joint is according to Merchant standard. Excellent 78 cases （63.4%）, nicer 22cases （ 17.9% ）, tolerable 15 cases （ 12.2% ）, badly 8 cases （6.5%）. the excellent and nicer rate was 81.3 %. Conclusion Tibial platform Comminuted sinking fracture can be treated with recombined heterogeneous bone graft and internal fixation. The clinical effect is affirmative.
