川芎提取物对胰腺癌HS 766T细胞体外粘附影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究川芎提取物对胰腺癌HS766T细胞体外粘附的影响。方法:采用细胞培养方法建立稳定传代的胰腺癌HS766T细胞系,体外培养人脐带静脉内皮细胞。采用CCK-8法检测川芎提取物对HS766T细胞与层粘连蛋白及血管内皮细胞粘附作用的影响。结果:低浓度的川芎提取物(0.06g/mL)即可以抑制HS766T细胞的体外侵袭,抑制HS766T细胞同层粘连蛋白及血管内皮细胞的粘附作用。结论:川芎提取物对胰腺癌HS766T的侵袭和粘附行为有抑制作用。 Objective To study the effect of the Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort on adhesion of pancreatic cancer cell HS 766T in vitro Methods Pancreatic cancer cell group HS 766T and human endothelium cell in the umbilical vein were built by the way of cell culture in vitro. The effect of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort on the adhesion between the laminin and the HS 766T cells was examined by CCK - 8 method, and the effect of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort on the adhesion between the human endothelium cells and the HS 766T ceils determined. Results Ligusticum Chuanxiong Holt could restrain the invasion of HS 766T cells in vitro. Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort could restrain the adhesion ability of the HS 766T cells with the laminin and the endothelium ceils. Conclusion Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort can restrain the invasion and adhesion ability of pancreatic cancer cell HS 766T in vitro.
