摘要
唐代是我国茶业经济发展的重要历史时期,在当时出现了众多的茶叶产地。通过研究这些产茶地,首先,可看出其分布呈现“多个中心,四面开花”的特点。其次,能发现各产茶地经济水平与茶叶发展及茶品质之间呈正比例关系,即经济水平高的地方茶业发展快,同时好茶也一般出在经济富裕地区。
Tang Dynasty was an important period in the development of Chinese tea industry. Many tea producing areas emerged during this period. According to the research on tbese tea producing areas, their distribution has the characteristic of being "multi - centered and widely- spread". Furthermore, the economic development of the areas is directly proportional to the quality of their tea. That is to say, the more economically developed an area was, the faster the loeal tea industry developed, and the better tea was usually produced in the more prosperous area.
