摘要
采用“大学生人格问卷”(UPI)和“学生生活应激量表”(SLSI)普查大学生3 558名,检测其心理障碍并拟合其应激模型。结果显示,10.7%有心理障碍,33%为亚健康状态;女生、农村籍、系多子女、低收入家庭学生心理障碍检出率较高;严重障碍学生的显著症状为:自我问题,交往问题,情绪问题;挫折、变化、压力和自我强加等应激源和情绪反应、生理反应、行为反应等应激反应诱发大学生诸多心理障碍;UPI所测心理障碍和SLSI所拟应激模型为大学生心理咨询和干预提供了参考。
3558 undergraduates were tested by University Personality Invention (UPI) and Student- Life Stress Inventory (SLSI), to define their mental disorder and to work out the stress model. The resuits show that the undergraduates with mental disorder account for 10.7% and those in a subhealthy state account for 33 % of all samples. Moreover, there exists higher ratio of mental disorder in female undergraduates and undergraduates from countryside or mutli - child - family or low- income - family. There are three significant symptoms in serious cases: self- trouble, trouble in intercourse with others and trouble in emotion. Various mental disorders among undergraduates are brought about by stresses from their frustration, pressure, change and so on. The defined mental disorder by UPI and the stress model set by SLSI are of reference value to the counseling for undergraduates.
