截敏祛风汤治疗变态反应性鼻炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of "Jiemin Qufeng Decoction" in Treating Allergic Rhinitis

目的观察截敏祛风汤对变态反应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将158例变态反应性鼻炎患者随机分为截敏祛风汤治疗组和西替利嗪对照组。治疗组80例,口服截敏祛风汤,2次/d,14 d为一疗程,服用1～3疗程;对照组78例,口服西替利嗪,1次/d,10 mg/次,服用14 d。结果近期疗效:治疗组显效48例,有效28例,无效4例;对照组显效57例,有效17例,无效4例,两组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。远期疗效:治疗组显效12例,有效44例,无效24例;对照组显效3例,有效21例,无效54例,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论截敏祛风汤治疗变态反应性鼻炎疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ＂Jiemin Qufeng Decoction＂ on allergic rhinitis（AR）. Methods 158 eases of AR were randomly divided into two groups, with 80 cases in treatment group （TG） and 78 cases in control group（CG）. Cases in TG were treated with this Decoction, two times a day, 14 days for a course, and lasted for 1-3 courses, while those in CG were treated with Cetirizine, one capsule a day, and lasted for 14 days. Results Recent therapeutic effect： Among the cases of TG, ,18 were significantly improved and 28 were effective; and among those of CG, 57 were significantly improved and 17 were effective. The difference of curative effect was not significant between them. Long-term effect： Among the cases of TG, 12 were significant- ly improved and 44 were effective. In contrast, among those of CG, 3 were significantly improved and 21 were effective. The difference of curative effect was very significant between them. Conclusion This Decoction is very effective for AR.
