摘要
提出一种新型的用于数字莫尔干涉术的快速数字莫尔合成算法———莫尔滤波合成法,使原始条纹图叠加形成的莫尔条纹图最大比例地携带了人们所感兴趣的信息。通过简单的数字图像处理就可提取出有用的空间频率信息,得到理想的莫尔条纹,减少了有用信息的损失。可应用于直接与复杂标准波面比较的场合,如非球面面形检测,轮廓测量等。
An improved quick compositive arithmetic was proposed for generating digital moire pattern named moire filtered compositive arithmetic, which made moire fringe patterns superimposed by original fringe patterns include the information in which people are interested at the greatest proportion. By means of simple digital image processing, it was possible to achieve the moire spatial frequency and the ideal moire fringe patterns, further more, to reduce the loss of useful information. Digital moire interferometry suits for comparing with complicated standard wave front directly, such as aspheric surface testing, profile measurement, etc.
