摘要
基于实际工程中锈蚀钢筋的取样检测分析,提出了钢筋不均匀锈蚀的动态轮廓线模型,通过改变模型中的锈层厚度系数,得到了不同锈蚀程度的钢筋作用于孔洞周围混凝土的锈胀位移,用有限元软件ANSYS8.0模拟了锈胀过程,得到了锈胀裂缝扩展到混凝土表面时的临界锈层厚度系数,在此基础上推导了胀裂时锈蚀产物量的预测公式。通过试验数据对本文提出的方法进行了验证,结果表明锈胀开裂的数值模拟和胀裂时锈蚀产物量的预测结果与试验结果吻合较好。
Based on the sampling detection of corroded reinforced bar, a model for the dynamic contour of non-uniform corroded bars are presented. The displacements due to the expansion of corrosion products acting on the surrounding concrete for various rust thickness coefficients are obtained. The critical rust thickness is calculated by numerical method and the formula for predicting the corrosion products result in the cracking of cover layer is developed. The proposed method is verified by experimental data.
