保元排毒丸对维持性血透患者生活质量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察保元排毒丸对维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法:将43例维持性血透患者随机分两组,治疗组22例,对照组21例,对照组予血透、降压、纠正贫血、补钙常规西医治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上加用保元排毒丸治疗。使用KDQOL-SFTM表进行问卷调查以及血红蛋白、白蛋白检测评价患者的生活质量。结果:保元排毒丸组生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:保元排毒丸能提高维持性血液透析患者生活质量。
