清眩治瘫丸质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Standard of Qingxuan Zhitan Pill

目的：建立清眩治瘫丸的质量标准。方法：采用TLC法对处方中的地龙、决明子进行定性鉴别；用HPLC法测定黄苓苷的含量。结果：薄层色谱法均能检出地龙、决明子；黄芩苷在0．01515～0．6060μg线性范围呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为96．78％，RSD=0．50％（n=5）。结论：该法方便、快捷、准确、可靠。

Objective ： To establish the quality standard of Qingxuan Zhitan pill. Methods ： Pheretima and Semen cassiae were identified by TLC ; Baicalin was determined by HPLC. Results ： The chemical substance could be identified by TLC; Baicalin showed a good 1 inear relationship at the range of 0. 01515 ～ 0. 6060μg. The average recovery of baicalin were 96. 78% , RSD=0. 50% （ n = 5 ）. Conclusion ： The method is simple, reliable, dependable, accurate and easy to operate.
