摘要 基于码分多址(CDMA)技术的第3代(3G)移动通信系统中,有效的无线资源管理是保证系统服务质量QoS的重要课题。呼叫接纳控制CAC是无线资源管理的重要功能实体。提出一种基于掉线概率的CAC方案,该方案在多小区环境下,通过对小区内外的干扰情况和ON-OFF信源特性的研究,以小区掉线概率作为准则,提出新的呼叫接纳判决算法。 In the third generation of mobile communication system based on CDMA, efficient radio resource management is becoming an important problem to ensure the QoS of the system and Call Admission Control is one major functional entity of radio resource management. This paper describes a new CAC plan based on outage probability. Under multi cell background, the inner/ outer interference of home cell and ON-OFF mode characteristics are analyzed and a new call admission judgment algorithm is also given using outage probability as criterion.
