弥散法MRI膝关节造影对半月板损伤的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨弥散法MRI膝关节造影对半月板撕裂的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析40例采用常规MRI膝关节检查,然后进行弥散法MRI膝关节造影,再经关节镜证实,并以关节镜为诊断金标准,对比分析常规MRI检查和弥散法MRI膝关节造影对半月板撕裂的诊断。结果常规MRI检查诊断半月板撕裂71处,弥散法MRI膝关节造影诊断半月板撕裂78处,弥散法MRI膝关节造影可使半月板撕裂处信号强度明显高于平扫时的信号,诊断符合率从平扫的86%提高到造影后的94%。结论弥散法MRI膝关节造影具有简单方便、微创、实用等特点,能够在常规MRI膝关节检查基础上进一步提高对月板撕裂的诊断符合率。
