生物型外科补片在硬膜缺损修补中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察一种生物型外科补片(人工硬膜)修补硬膜缺损的安全性及有效性。方法应用生物型外科补片,对术中有硬脑膜缺损的15例患者进行硬膜修补,术后给予采用常规的用药。结果所有病例均无脑脊液漏、切口感染、皮下积液、癫痫等发生。15例患者术后1周、6个月均行头颅CT或MRI检查未见与人工硬脑膜有关的特殊发现。2例4~6个月后颅骨修补术中的观察及病理分析表明,人工硬脑膜封闭隔离保护脑组织的作用良好,炎症反应轻。结论生物型外科补片可安全、有效地用作硬脑膜修补材料。
