广州地区老年男性雌激素受体基因型对骨密度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨联合检测雌激素受体基因XbaI及PvuII多态性与广州地区部分健康老年男性骨密度相互关系。方法随机筛选年龄65~83岁广州男性167例,采用双能X线吸收法测其全身、腰椎2~4、股骨颈、Ward三角和大转子区等部位的骨密度(BMD)值,并采用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性方法检测外周血白细胞基因组ER基因型。结果167例受试对象中,ER基因XbaI及PvuII基因型分布符合Hardy-weinberg定律。携带XXPp基因型的个体在多个部位拥有较高的骨密度值,有统计学意义。结论ER基因多态性与老年男性的骨密度有一定的相关性;XXPp型对骨量的维持有一定的作用。 Objective To study the relationship between the polymorphisms of XbaⅠ and PvuⅡ in estrogen receptor(ER) gene and bone mineral density (BMD) in elderly men in Guangzhou. Methods 167 men ( aged 42-75 years) in Guangzhou city were studied. BMD of Total ,lumbar spine , Inter, Trachanter, femur neck and ward's triangle, was measured by dualenergy X-ray absorptio0metry (DEXA) .The genotypes of estrogen receptor gene were detected by polymerase chain reactionrestriction fragment length polymorphism ( PCR-BELP). Results The frequencies distribution of XbaⅠ and PvuⅡ alleles fallowed the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium . At many sites, the subjects with XXPp genotype have significant higher BiD than other. Conclusion There is anassociafion between polymorphisms of ER gene and BMD in elderly men in Guangzhou.
