微量量热法研究预处理对小麦秸秆酶降解反应的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以粉碎、球磨、碱、酸预处理过的小麦秸秆粉为底物,利用瑞典产滴定微量量热仪测定了37℃时相同浓度的纤维素酶降解小麦秸秆的热功率-时间曲线,计算出酶降解反应的热效应.结果表明:4%氢氧化钠预处理的小麦秸秆粉酶解效果最好. Wheat straw was dsed as substrates to study the effects of pretreatments on enzymatic hy drolysis of celluiose. Pretreatments by smash , ball milling ,alkali and ac;d were adopted in the experi ments. Enzymatic hydrolysis reactions were determined at the same enzyme concentralion at 37 C. Pretreated materials were analyzed by determing the thermal power-time curves with a 2277 Thermal Activity Monitor (Swenden). The value of heat effect of erzymatic hydrolysis was calculated . The results showed that the effect of enzymatic inydrolysis of wheat straw which was pretrcated by 4% sodium hydroxide was the best.
