硬脂酸/二氧化硅复合相变材料的制备 被引量:10

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法,制备了硬脂酸/SiO2复合相变材料.分别应用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)红外光谱仪(IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)测试了所制备复合材料的相变温度、相变焓、相变可逆性和微观结构.DSC测试结果表明该复合材料具有较好相变可逆性,相变焓和相变温度与纯硬脂酸相比均有降低.IR分析表明硬脂酸与二氧化硅之间是简单的嵌合关系.SEM表明复合材料表面具有多孔结构,改善了复合材料的相变可逆性. C17H35COOH/SiO2 composite phase change material was prepared by Sol-Gel in which Tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS) and C17H35COOH/SiO2 were used as raw materials, and hydrochloric acid as the catalyzer. The properties of the phase change material including phase change temperature , phase change enthalpyand microstructure were determined byDSC ,IR and SEM. The results show that the composite material has favorable reversible phase change, but the phase change temperature and phase change enthalpy are a little lower than those of the pure stearic acid. IR shows that the stearic acid is embedded in silicon dioxide simply ,moreover,no new matter is created. SEM shows there are many holes on the surface of the composite phase change material. The holes can improve reverslble phase change of the material.
