摘要
采用硅氢加成法在无溶剂的条件下,将烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,含氟单体及硅烷偶联剂与低含氢硅油发生接枝共聚,成功地制备了一系列有机氟硅聚合物。通过控制原料的投料比,可以通过自乳化法制备得到水性氟硅聚合物水分散物。采用红外光谱和透射电子显微镜对有关产物和水分散物进行了结构分析,系统研究了乳液的透光率、流变性、表面张力等性能,结果表明:质量分数为2.0%的水性氟硅水分散物的表面张力降低至20.00-26.00N/m;当剪切速率较大时,有剪切变稠现象;是否引入偶联剂链段对水分散物的粒子粒径及形状也有影响。
From poly ( methylhydrosiloxane ), organofluorine, allyl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, and siliane coupling agent, a series of water-based fluorosilicone were synthesized via hydrosiiation at 85-90℃ for 3.5-4.0 h without solvent, and weight of the catalyst was 0. 005-0. 01% that of the raw material. By controlling the feed ratio of raw materiald,polymer liquids can be obtained by way of emulsification. Structures and properties of the samples were analyzed with IR and TEM. The surface tension of the polymer liquids ( 2. 0% ) fell to 22. 00-26. 00 N/m, and they behaved with shear thickening. Introduction of active silane groups affected also the size and figure of the particles of polymer liquids.
