丹参三七不同配比对缺氧复氧损伤人脐静脉内皮细胞的保护作用 被引量:12

Protective Effects of Different Ratios of Danshen to Sanqi on Hypoxia and Reoxygenation-induced HUVECs Injury

摘要 研究了丹参、三七及其以不同质量比例配伍对缺氧复氧(H/R)人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs)的保护作用。采用全自动生化分析仪测定了培养液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)漏出率。实验结果显示,正常对照组、H/R模型组的LDH漏出率分别为0.212与0.309,说明H/R引起HUVECs的LDH漏出率增加。而丹参、三七按质量比10∶0、10∶1、5∶1、5∶3、1∶1、3∶5、1∶5、1∶10、0∶10配伍后,使H/R损伤HUVECs的LDH漏出率分别降低为0.218、0.240、0.247、0.239、0.230、0.241、0.247、0.242、0.227,其中只有丹参三七质量比为10∶0、5∶3、1∶1及0∶10与模型组比有显著性差异,因此,丹参、三七及丹参三七质量比为5∶3、1∶1配伍,均可保护H/R诱导血管内皮损伤。 The protective effects of danshen, sanqi and different mass ratios of danshen to sanqi on hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R)-induced human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) injury were investigated. The leakage rate of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the cultured medium of HUVECs was measured by Automatic Biochemistry Analyser. Results showed that the LDH leakage rates of normal and H/R model groups were 0. 212 and 0. 309 respectively, which indicated that H/R would increase the LDH leakage rate of HUVECs. Samples with the mass ratios of danshen to sanqi being 10:0,10:1, 5:1,5:3,1:1,3:5,1:5, 1:10 and 0:10 would decrease the LDH leakage rate of H/R injured HUVECs to a level of 0. 218,0. 227,0. 240,0. 247,0. 239,0. 230,0. 241,0. 247 and 0. 242 respectively, in which only the ratios of 10:1,5 : 3, 1 : 1 and 0 : 10 had the statistical significance comparing to model group to decrease the LDH leakage rate of HUVECs. Therefore, danshen, sanqi and the samples with the mass ratios of danshen to sanqi being 5 : 3 and 1 : 1 has protective effect on H/R-induced vein endothelial ceils injury.
