摘要
应用工程多波地震勘探的理论和方法,使用高频DC4型多波检测仪和单分量、三分量换能器,在有裂纹实物车轴模型上进行了多波观测试验,探索出了一套适用于检测列车车轴裂纹的新方法:超声换能器网阵自动定量多波检测法。用研制成功的多波检测计算机三维成像软件系统对观测数据进行处理,其成像结果与已知模型基本相符。该检测法为今后金属无损探伤中对损伤位置、几何形状及尺度等参数的确定开辟了新的方法,有着广阔的应用前景。
This article applies the theory and method of engineering multi wave seismic exploration and uses the DC4 high-frequency multi-wave detector and single heft.3 heft energy exchangeer to do multi-wave observation experiments on the scared train axle model. A new method the automatic quantification multi-wave detection method by detector reticulation is found, which suits detection of cracks of train axles. The three-dimensional imaging software of the multi-wave detecting computer processes the test data and the imaging results match the given model. The new method serves to determine the parameters such as the position.size and geometric shape of cracks in nondestructive flaw detection. It has wide application in the future.
