摘要
总结精确化装球方法的理论基础并在对钢球直径确定的典型方法比较的基础上,给出了精确化装球在应用中的研究方法,包括根据矿石力学强度,精确计算初装球球径的方法和精确化初装球方案的验证试验方法。经实验室扩大对比磨碎试验研究显示,该方法可提高磨机生产率、改善磨矿产品粒度组成、提高解离度、提高选别指标,从而为生产实际中科学合理地进行装球并为全面改善磨矿效果提供指导。
On the basis of summarizing the theoretical base of the methods of accurate ball-load, and of comparing typical methods of determining thediameter of the grinding ball,the paper proposes research methods of applying the method of accurate ball-load to the production practice, including the method of calculating the diameters of initial ball loaded and that of validating experiments of the scheme of initial ball-load according to the mechanics strength of the ore. The expanded experimental study in the laboratory, by contrasting ground minerals, shows that the proposal methods may improve the productivity of grinding mill, the composition of the fineness of ground products, the mineral liberation degree and the separation indexes, such that provides the guide for loading ball scientifically and reasonably in practical applications and for improving the grinding effect comprehensively.
