DNA微阵列在猪遗传育种中的应用

摘要 DNA微阵列是高通量﹑微型化﹑自动化研究生物大分子功能的高新技术,目前已经广泛应用于动植物生物学过程的基因表达研究中。猪既是重要的经济动物,又是常用的实验动物,应用DNA微阵列对其重要经济性状主效基因的寻找和各种疾病遗传机制的探索已经成为今后该领域的一个十分重要的发展方向。
