摘要 根据第二代知识管理的思想,以及现在企业、组织的分散式管理特点,提出一种基于多Agent系统的分布式知识管理模型.以企业知识管理为范例,该模型利用Ontology为每个企业,或者企业内各部门构建各自知识库.为了实现各个异构Ontology知识库之间的知识共享和交换,模型采用多Agent系统进行各个企业或企业内部各部门之间的知识管理.系统包含Ontology知识库的构建、知识库之间的知识检索、知识交换和共享,以及Ontology协商和映射等功能模块.实践表明该模型能有效地在异构环境下实现分布式企业之间的知识管理,而且该分布式模型具有快速开发,易于维护的优点. In terms of ideas of the second generation of knowledge management and traits of distributed management in modern enterprises or organizations etc, this paper presents a model about distributed knowledge management based on multi-agent system. As for the enterprises, for example, this model builds each knowledge base with ontology for each enterprise or each department in an enterprise respectively. To share and exchange information and knowledge among heterogeneous ontology knowledge bases, the model adopts multi-agent system to implement knowledge management, including knowledge retrieval, knowledge exchange, ontology negotiation and mapping ect. The experience shows that our model can achieve knowledge shares and exchanges in heterogeneous environment effectively. In addition, this model also has advantages of fast development and easy maintenance.
