摘要
首先明确了研究的假设条件并对符号进行了定义;随后分别从承包商和业主各自的角度构建了多模式项目支付进度的优化模型;在此基础上讨论了项目融资费用分担问题并对双方整合角度的多模式项目支付进度问题进行了界定,构建了由两个优化模型集成的双方整合角度优化模型,求解该模型可以获得使双方联合收益最大化且按照商定比例分担项目融资费用的支付进度安排;最后,通过一个实例的计算分析对本文的研究成果进行了说明.
The assumptions of the study are identified and the notations are de.fined firstly. Then the optimization models of multi-mode project payment scheduling problems (MPPSP) are constructed from the contractor' s and the client' s viewpoints respectively. On the basis of the results achieved, the problem of allocating financing costs between the both sides of the contract is investigated, The MPPSP from the integrated viewpoint of the contractor and the client is clarified and its optimization model that is composed of two optimization models is established. Through solving this model, the satisfactory payment schedule, which can not only maximize the collective profits of the contractor and the client but also allocate project' s financing costs between them, may be obtained, Ultimately, the outcomes of the paper are illustrated by a practical instance.
