摘要
伴随着老龄人口的增加,老年住宅需求不断增大,老年住宅开发也成为房地产业的一个新细分市场。文章从务实的角度,分析了老龄化带来的潜在住宅需求、目标用户的特征和养老社区及住宅的形式定位提出了开发选址的考虑因素,阐述了开发中遇到的主要问题以及解决方法。
With the increase of aging population and unceasingly increasing demand of residence for old citizens, the development of residence for old citizens also becomes a new segment market in the real estate industry. From the practical angle, the article analyzes the potential residential demand, characteristic of target users and the format location of aged care community and residence brought about by aging, offers consideration factors of developing and selecting location and expatiates the main problems and solutions in the process of developing.
