摘要
技术创新的两难悖论从技术和组织两种角度描述了技术领先与产品开发之间、重大创新与渐进创新之间的不协调。本文通过分析技术创新两难悖论的形成原因,提出了网络化集群式创新可有效解决技术创新的两难悖论,并在此基础上着重分析了网络化集群式创新的组织结构模式。
The dilemma of technological innovation descirbes the dmismateh between technological leadership and product development, great innovation and frequent innovation. Based on analysing the causes of the dilemma of technological innovation, network clustering innovation to efficiently resolve it is put forward, and the organization pattern of network clustering innovation is analyzed in this paper.
