老年人膳食营养及头发矿物质含量与BMD的关系 被引量:2

Relationship between meal nutrients and Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca in the hair and bone mineral density in the elderly

摘要 目的探讨老年人膳食营养素及头发矿物质含量与骨密度(BMD)的关系。方法选取470例60岁以上城市(205例)和农村(265例)老人,检测BMD与发中Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca水平,并进行3d膳食回顾调查。结果老年人BMD农村低于城市,女性低于男性(P<0.01),农村老人膳食蛋白质、维生素、Ca摄入量以及发中Ca、Zn含量均低于城市老人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),老人膳食中大豆蛋白质、视黄醇、硫胺素、核黄素、维生素E及Ca、Zn摄入量及发中Ca、Zn与BMD均呈现显著性正相关(P<0.01)。结论膳食蛋白质、维生素、Ca、Zn与BMD存在一定的关系,膳食大豆蛋白、Ca、Zn等摄入量不足可导致BMD降低。 Objective To explore the relationship between meal nutrients and Zn, Cu, Ca in the hair and bone mineral density in the elderly. Methods 470 persons aged over 60 years (city 205, country 265) were selected to determine bone mineral density (BMD) and Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca level in the hair and to review the meals the last three days. Results BMD of country ones was lower than that of city ones, that of female was lower than that of males ( P 〈 0.01 ). The protein, vitamin, Ca intake in meal and hair Ca, Zn of country oaes were lower than those of city ones (P 〈0.01 ). The meal nutrients of soy bean protein, vitamin A, B1, B2, E and Ca, Zn intake and Ca, Zn in hair had positive relation to BMD (P 〈 0.01 ). Condusions Protein, vitamin, Ca, Zn in meal could be related to BMD, the deficiency of soy bean protein, Ca, Zn intake in meal could cause the decreased BMD.
