摘要
中国的餐饮业经过20多年的改革与发展,取得了瞩目的成绩。随着信息技术和互联网的蓬勃发展,信息化渗透到人们生活的方方面面,成为社会发展的潮流和趋势。研究信息化与信息技术及中国餐饮业的概况,根据现代餐饮的发展要求,将信息技术运用到模块化生产和菜点创新等方面,从更广阔的层面来推动和提升中国餐饮业信息化的整体水平,使其早日与国际标准靠拢或接轨国际餐饮信息化标准。
With the innovation and development over more than twenty yearn, Chinese catering industry has achieved the signifieent success.The trend of infonnatization has immersed into every aspect of life and a trend of the society.This paper studies informatization and information technology, and the general situation of Chinese catering innovation based on information technology for modularized production and eusine innovation with the demand of modem society. This may advance the whole level of Chinese catering industry to reach the level of international dining infonnatization standard as soon as possible.
