摘要
企业培训力是描述企业培训管理体系完备性及其运行有效性的一个集合性概念,它是由多个相关要素构成的模糊集合,具有模糊数学的基本特征。运用模糊数学的基本原理,通过建立模糊综合评判模型以及专家评分法设置二级评价指标体系和相应的权重,对企业培训管理体系的完备性及有效性进行系统、全面的评判,以实现主观向客观、定性向定量的转变,为促进企业培训管理体系的持续改进提供一种科学的思路和方法。
Enterprise training ability is a comprehensive concept that describes how enterprise training management system works and its effectiveness. It consists of a lot of relevant key dements and has essential features of fuzzy mathematics.With the basic theories of fuzzy mathematics this papersets up a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation modal and experts grading system to build a two-tier evaluation indicator system and determine relevant weight. It can help achieve sustainable improvement in enterprise training management system by transferring subjective evaluation to more objective one.
