体外激活血卟啉治疗消化道肿瘤66例疗效观察

Observation of 66 Patients with Alimentary Canal Tumor Treated with Hematoporphyrin in Vitro Irritated

目的探讨体外激活血卟啉、开展光动力学疗法治疗消化道肿瘤的疗效及其毒副反应。方法我们于2002年10月至2004年10月,选血卟啉衍生物(HPD)皮试阴性患者,采用体外激活HPD的方法开展光动力学治疗(PDT)。结果累计治疗中晚期消化道肿瘤患者66例,总有效率66.7%,与传统瘤体内激活报道效果类似,未见明显毒副作用。结论该疗法简单易于掌握,患者无痛苦易于接受,疗效满意不失为一种有发展前途的治疗手段。

Objective To explore the curative effects and the toxicity of these patients with alimentary canal tumor treated with photodynamic method by using hematoporphyrin derivation （HPD） in Vitro irritated. Methods During the period from October 2002 to October 2004, the patients whose HPD tests were negative were treated with photodynamics method by using HPD in vitro irritated. Results The overall effective rate was 66,7% of the 66 cases of middle-advanced phase patients with alimentary canal tumor. The effect was similar to that reported in the treatment of traditional tu- mors in vivo irritated, and no evident side effects were observed. Conclusions The method is simple for doctors to grasp, and there is no suffering and it is acceptable for patients, as well as satisfactory curative effect. Therefore, it is a developmental promising therapeutic method.
